Who do you sell to?
Businesses only: manufacturers, sign makers, installers and distributors. We do not sell to consumers.
Which countries do you ship to?
Most countries, from China and Hong Kong. We do not sell into Panama.
How do I get a price?
Send your list of products and quantities with the request form. We answer by email with the price per model, the minimum order and the lead time.
Which prices do you quote?
FOB or EXW from China or Hong Kong, or delivered to your door, as you prefer.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples go by express so you can check the parts before you order.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
You import the goods, so duties and taxes on arrival are yours. They depend on the product and your country: ask your customs broker or the express company's local office.
Do your products come with certificates?
No. We sell low-voltage components (LEDs, modules, strips, digits) without product certificates and make no certification claims. If the product you build must be approved in your country, check those rules before you order.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are stated in each quote.
What warranty do you give?
The warranty is stated per model in each quote.
How do you ship?
By express, air freight or sea freight, depending on size and urgency.
